New and Improved Summer Iron KoMet Program

This program is designed for students entering 5th-12th grade who are planning and/or involved in a sports program. Workouts will be tailored to your athlete, specifically designed to improve plyometrics, strength and speed, sprinting analysis, most importantly, how to become a better teammate and all around athlete.

This program includes workouts 4 days per week, Monday through Thursday, as well as a NEW coach-led Google Classroom exclusively for Iron KoMet athletes, where they will have access to nutritional and strength guides, at-home workouts, and secondary recovery sessions. This is a great option for those who want to access a workout on days they may be absent, but also for students to understand the “why” for the entire program.

Our new coaches, Jacqueline Manor and Zach Jungels, truly believe that the most important aspects to becoming a successful athlete are great attitude, great effort, and above all, consistency. They are beyond excited to create a new atmosphere for students to become a better athlete at Summer Iron KoMet.
