You've heard of the extracurricular clubs. You know all about organized sports. But what about an after-school program designed specifically to meet girls' every need — physical, mental, emotional, and social?
The research-based curriculum led by trained volunteer coaches explores core topics relevant to young people, including:

· Fostering friendships
· Expressing empathy
· Standing up for ourselves
That's where we, Girls on the Run, come into the picture. Unique from other after-school programs, the Girls on the Run program for 3rd- 5th grade participants follows an evidence-based model that builds confidence, teaches life skills and healthy habits and inspires joy through movement.
