For the serious wrestler who wants an extended period of training and evaluation leading up to the Wrestling Season. This Session will include instruction, competition & training with other wrestlers in the surrounding area. Personal evaluation and guidance from our MN Elite staff will be significant. Be in reasonable condition when you arrive to avoid injury and to obtain the most from this experience.
