K-M Community Education and Welch Village are offering a promotional, special day of skiing for 7-8th grade groups. This year, K-M students will be going on Monday, January 23rd, which is a no school day. A K-M school bus will transport the children and chaperones. The bus will be leaving from the Community Education building at 8:30 AM and will return at approximately 7:30 PM. Students may bring lunch from home or purchase a lunch at Welch Village. A limited number of parent chaperones may attend free of charge, please let us know if you are interested. A permission slip and ski rental form must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian, these forms are available on-line, in the Community Education office and at the Middle School office. The fee includes transportation, rental of ski equipment, a lift ticket and lesson for each student.
