Iron KoMet Next Level Sports Performance Program

Are you ready to take your athleticism to the next level? The Iron KoMet Sports Performance program is designed for athletes who are committed to improving their skills and performance in any sport. Tailored workouts will focus on key areas like plyometrics, strength, speed, sprinting techniques, and most importantly, how to become a better teammate and all-around athlete.

This program offers 2-4 workout sessions per week, Monday through Thursday, along with access to our NEW coach-led Google Classroom for exclusive resources. Iron KoMet athletes will get access to nutrition and strength guides, at-home workouts, and recovery sessions. It's perfect for athletes who want flexibility on days they may miss a session, as well as to deepen their understanding of the "why" behind each exercise.

Our coaches, Jacqueline Manor and Andrew Peine, believe that a great attitude, relentless effort, and consistency are the keys to becoming a successful athlete. They are excited to build an inspiring environment where athletes can thrive and grow in the Summer Iron KoMet program!
