Do you want boost your child's (or your own) confidence? Increase their ability to focus on the task at hand? Karate may be able to help. The Instructors from American States Karate use their years of experience to help students of all ages and abilities achieve success. Let us help you build confidence, self-esteem, and pride in your accomplishments. The class will teach the basic blocks, kicks and punches. Be sure to wear loose clothing. All participants must be 7 years of age or older. Registrations will be accepted on the first night of class and throughout the session, if space permits. Ask for prorated fees.
This class consists of 10 - 40 Minute sessions.
