Be the Change: How to raise children to have healthy relationships with food and their bodies
#: KM    ID: Event    Section: 2023
Description:

In today's world, health and wellness can feel more confusing than ever. With the rise of social media we have access to more information about nutrition, fitness, and wellness than ever before. Add in the growing popularity of body positive messaging and many parents are left feeling overwhelmed by these conversations. How do you support your child in developing a healthy relationship with food and their bodies, especially when you may struggle with your own?

Join co-founders of Balance365, Jennifer Campbell and Annie Brees as they share what research shows to be helpful and harmful when it comes to children's health and body image. They will leave you feeling empowered to be the change your children need with realistic and actionable advice you can implement in your home right away.
