Beginner 1 Class - 60 Minutes - 7 year olds and older
Beginner 1 is the perfect starting point for young gymnasts or any child new to the sport. This class focuses on mastering the foundational elements of gymnastics, emphasizing correct form and basic skills across all events. Participants will learn the core shapes and fundamental techniques essential for building a strong gymnastics base.

Floor - Shapes (tuck, pike, straddle), candle stick, levers, forward and backward rolls, cartwheel over panel mat
Bars - Holds (tuck, pike, straddle), bat hangs (tuck & straddle), front support, inverted rockers, front roll over dismounts
Beam - Walks (forward, sideways, backward), scoops, hops, straight jump dismount
Vault - Approach, long jump to stuck landing
Trampoline - Skipping, bunny hops, seat drops
