Novas
Class Length: 1 ½ Hours
This class is similar to what we focus on in the Shooting Stars class, while incorporating an older age group. It will continue to be designed as a class where the athletes will begin to learn all the essential skills needed to further their gymnastics ability. In order to move beyond this class and participate in the more advanced classes, your child will have mastered a certain checklist of chosen skills.
In addition to the skills learned in Rising Stars and Shooting Stars, listed below are the additional skills that Novas gymnasts will work towards during their sessions:
