Rising Stars
(Preschool-1st Grade)
Class Length: 60 Minutes
This is a beginner level class for young children to learn the basic fundamentals of gymnastics, increase their strength and flexibility, while also developing many motor skills: Coordination, agility, hopping, and jumping. Aside from the athletic skills they will be acquiring, they will learn many social skills like sharing, teamwork, and listening while following directions. More than anything else, this class will be FUN for your children.
