Supernovas

This class is offered for the gymnasts who have mastered the skills that are taught in the Shooting Stars and Novas classes. We will now be incorporating more advanced skills into the practices, which requires for us to spend more time with the gymnasts, making the class length now two hours. While still continuing to have fun, your children will be perfecting the basic skills of gymnastics while being exposed to more challenging ones.
