K-M KoMet Kraze Fitness Training for Adults

KoMet Kraze is a fitness community built for adult athletes of all ages and ability levels. Weights, Cardio, CORE, variety and daily challenges await you each day. Coaches will program 2 different workouts for you to choose from daily that are a blend of strength and endurance and are as unique as you are. We can modify movements for you and the goal of each workout is to work your entire body, make you sweat and strengthen your CORE. Morning Class Details:
AM- 5:00 Doors Open - 5:05 Warm Up - Gone by 6:00 (M/T/Th/F)

Evening Class Details:
PM- 6:15 Doors Open - 6:20 Warm Up - Gone by 7:15 (M/W/Th)

Our goal is to purchase additional equipment improving our fitness classes and programs. With the help of your donation we will be able to do so! If you would like to make a donation to the new K-M Community Fitness Center project please specify the amount of your Equipment Donation in the registration notes when registering.
